Katie is a photographer from Carlsbad, CA. She is self taught and has been slaying the photography game for about 5 years. Living in California she is naturally in love with the ocean, avocados and nice tequila along with a nice cup of Joe. Four kiddos, non stop skate sessions, and a lot of forgiveness is why she says life is awesome. Learning to live in the moment is one of the best things she has found joy in. Her favorite thing is life is learning to laugh at life and not take it too seriously because once you get to know her you realize perfection isn't the key but capturing moments is. Remember you're the one in control behind the lens. Once she realized this, the world of photography opened up. If you want to shoot something, find someone who will be your muse and do it. Don't let up until you are satisfied.
